Lucien Beaumont designs and guides tailor-made safaris to some of Africa’s most celebrated national parks and conservation areas. He creates adventures that put traveller’s special interests and requirements first and recommends only the best lodges and camps that will accommodate guests in style.
PHILL STEFFNY
Phill Steffny has been guiding throughout Africa for over 20 years and prides himself on the passion and enthusiasm he has for the continent. An avid adventurer, Phill particularly loves taking his clients on active expeditions to include trekking, mountain biking and trail running intertwined with primary wildlife based activities.
FRASER GEAR
Fraser is an experienced naturalist guide and explorer. He has spent the last 28 years leading wildlife, photographic and birding expeditions across the length and breadth of Africa, Madagascar, Middle East, Asia and into the neo-tropics. Fraser’s interests and skills are as diverse as his explorations.
JAMES HENDRY
James is a safari journeyman, who when not guiding, works as a wildlife TV presenter and has hosted and presented 50 odd TV shows to National Geographic’s Nat Geo Wild, the SABC in South Africa and CGTN in China. He spent eight years working at various game lodges in southern Africa as a ranger, ranger trainer, head ranger, land manager, researcher, lodge manager and entertainer.
James spends a good deal of his spare time writing, taking photos and recording music. He has written and co-written four books.
RICHARD ANDERSON
Richard has spent the past 25 years guiding and travelling extensively in both Africa and South America. Based in Cape Town Richard leads the Anderson Expeditions team, designing the very best safaris and expeditions into the remote corners of both continents. When not in the office Richard guides his return guests to his favourite places and explores new properties, parks and destinations.
MARK MCKENZIE
Mark loves Africa and has spent his entire life exploring its remotest corners. The Zululand bush in South Africa is where his childhood adventures played out and from there it has generally been a Northward migration through Southern, East and Central Africa whilst pursuing a professional safari guiding career spanning the last 20 years.
ADAM PARKER
Adam is a specialist walking, canoe and photographic safari guide with an in-depth knowledge of Africa’s wildlife areas and cultural history. Having spent years living in Zambia’s valleys, the forests of Congo and the predator-rich regions of Kruger National Park – Adam’s first hand experience of destinations is merged into his safaris. A passionate storyteller and photographer – Adam has spent time with remote African tribes, guided world class documentary film crews, re-wilded animals for conservation, aided counter-poaching efforts and trained safari guides across Africa.
DAVID LUCK
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1961 and raised in Zambia, David Luck’s youth was steeped in the wilderness. Accompanying his father, Chairman of the Zambian Wildlife Society, on numerous bush adventures, David developed a deep passion for wildlife and its intricate ecosystems. His early years were filled with explorations of the bush, collecting chameleons and snakes with his brother, and later joining anti-poaching patrols to protect elephants and rhinos in North Luangwa. These experiences laid the foundation for his future career.
